Louis François Corn Starch is a fine, pure maize-derived starch widely used in professional patisserie, confectionery, and cooking as a thickening and texturising agent. It creates a smooth, glossy finish in creams, sauces, and glazes, and produces a lighter crumb in baked goods when used to replace a portion of flour. Ideal for thickening crème pâtissière, fruit fillings, and puddings, as well as adding delicacy to sponges and shortbreads. Gluten-free and neutral in flavour. Available in a 5kg professional pack.
