Nut House was born out of a genuine passion for fine patisserie and a frustration with the difficulty of sourcing truly professional-grade ingredients in the UK. Our Sosa range includes freeze-dried fruits & powders, crispies & pralinés, stabilisers & hydrocolloids, isomalt & sugar alternatives, and natural colourings & glazes.
