Sosa Guar Gum is a natural thickener and stabiliser derived from guar beans, widely used in professional kitchens and food production to improve viscosity and texture in cold preparations. It is highly effective at very low concentrations — typically 0.1–0.5% — making it economical and easy to use. A versatile, plant-based hydrocolloid that works without heating.
Guar gum is particularly effective in cold applications where xanthan gum might be too viscous, and it works synergistically with other hydrocolloids to improve texture and stability.
