Louis François Citrus FiPure is a premium natural citrus fibre ingredient derived from citrus peel, widely used in professional patisserie, confectionery, and food production as a clean-label stabiliser, texturiser, and water-binding agent. Made from upcycled citrus peel, FiPure is a sustainable, plant-based ingredient that delivers exceptional functional performance with minimal impact on flavour.

Citrus FiPure has a remarkable ability to absorb and retain water, making it highly effective at improving the texture, stability, and mouthfeel of a wide range of products. It acts as a natural emulsifier and stabiliser, reducing syneresis (water separation) in fruit preparations, improving the body of sauces and dressings, and enhancing the texture of baked goods and frozen desserts.
