Cacao Barry - FILLING - CARA CRAKINE - PASTE WITH INCLUSIONS - 5KG BUCKET

A memorable filled creation is about more than flavour: texture matters too. Cacao Barry Cara Crakine is a filling paste with inclusions, offering an alternative to a completely smooth centre.

Supplied in a 5kg bucket, it is a practical format for pastry chefs and chocolatiers planning their next range of filled creations.

Why Professionals Choose Cara Crakine

• Paste with inclusions: Add a textural element to your filling rather than choosing a completely smooth paste.
• Dedicated filling format: A Cacao Barry product to consider when developing pastry and confectionery fillings.
• 5kg bucket: A larger pack format for professional kitchen preparation.

Tasting Notes

The inclusions provide a point of textural contrast within the filling paste. For the precise flavour profile and ingredient composition, refer to Cacao Barry's product information and the packaging.
